for the Vietnam Development Bank

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on State Budget dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions dated December 12, 1997, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 06/2006/NQ-CP dated May 4, 2006 of the Government regarding the regular meeting of the Government in April 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 151/2006/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2006 of the Government on state investment credit and export credit;
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain Articles of Circular No. 07/2019/TT-NHNN
Pursuant to Decision No. 110/2006/QĐ-TTg dated May 19, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the Charter on organization and operation of the Vietnam Development Bank;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Financial Management Regulations for the Vietnam Development Bank are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Financial Management Regulations for the Vietnam Development Bank issued together with this Decision shall be applied from the 2007 fiscal year. The Decision No. 59/2005/QĐ-TTg dated March 23, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of Financial Management Regulations for the Development Support Fund and the Decision No. 17/2000/QĐ-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of the Prime Minister on salary and allowances for staff of the Development Support Fund are hereby repealed.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Chairpersons of the Management Board and General Directors of the Vietnam Development Bank are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
