CIRCULAR

Repeals Article 6 and amends Article 15 of Circular No. 29/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 4, 2013 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the establishment and management of provincial marine protected areas

of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the establishment and management of provincial marine protected areas

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2008 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on the Management of National and International Marine Protected Areas in Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree No. 65/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2010 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Biological Diversity;

Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2012/NĐ-CP dated June 28, 2012 of the Government stipulating the establishment, restructuring, and dissolution of public service units;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Fisheries General Department;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular to repeal Article 6 and amend Article 15 of Circular No. 29/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 4, 2013 on the establishment and management of provincial marine protected areas.

Article 1. Repeals Article 6 and amends Article 15 of Circular No. 29/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 4, 2013 on the establishment and management of provincial marine protected areas

1. Repeals Article 6 of Circular No. 29/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 4, 2013 on the establishment and management of provincial marine protected areas.

2. Amending Article 15 as follows:

"Article 15. This Circular takes effect from July 22, 2013. During its implementation, any difficulties should be reported to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for adjustment, amendment, and supplementation."

Article 2. Effectiveness

This Circular takes effect from December 12, 2013.

Article 3. Implementation

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Fisheries General Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, centrally administered cities, organizations, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
