CIRCULAR
Issuing the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 6
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the proposal of the Director of the Infrastructure Department and the Director of the Secondary Education Department,
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular Issuing the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 6.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 6, including: Vietnamese Language, Mathematics, Foreign Languages, Civic Education, History and Geography, Natural Science, Technology, Information Technology, Physical Education, Art (Music, Fine Arts), Practical Activities, and common equipment.
Based on the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 6 promulgated by this Circular, departments of education and training are responsible for directing the procurement, maintenance, and use of teaching aids to serve instruction at secondary schools starting from the academic year 2021-2022.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect on December 19, 2020.
This Circular replaces the provisions regarding the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Grade 6 in Circular No. 19/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated August 11, 2009 on the Minimum List of Teaching Aids for Secondary Schools.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Directors of the Infrastructure Department and the Secondary Education Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Chairpersons of provincial/municipal People's Committees; Directors of departments of education and training; organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
