Issuing the Regulation on Revoking Licenses for Establishing and Operating Joint Stock Credit Organizations in Vietnam and Liquidation of Joint Stock Credit Organizations under the Supervision of the State Bank

and the liquidation of joint-stock credit institutions under the supervision of the State Bank

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997 and the Law on Credit Organizations No. 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government regarding tasks, powers, and responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Banks and Non-Bank Credit Organizations.

DECISION

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the "Regulation on Revoking Licenses for Establishing and Operating Joint Stock Credit Organizations in Vietnam and Liquidation of Joint Stock Credit Organizations under the Supervision of the State Bank."

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Director of the Office of the State Bank, the Director of the Department of Banks and Non-Bank Credit Organizations, the Director of the Inspectorate of the State Bank, Heads of relevant units under the State Bank, Directors of Branches of the State Bank in provinces and cities, Chairmen and members of Boards of Management, members of Supervisory Boards, and General Managers (Directors) of joint stock credit organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
