Pursuant to the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications dated May 25, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 160/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 3, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications regarding Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications concerning Radio Frequency Spectrum;
Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulating state management over product quality;
Considering the Memorandum No. 31/QLCL-CLSP dated September 12, 2006
of the Director of the Quality Management Department for Posts and Telecommunications and Information Technology In accordance with the proposal of the Heads of the Science and Technology Department and the Legal Affairs Department.;
This Decision promulgates the "List of Products under the Specialized Management of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications that Must Be Certified to Meet Standards" attached hereto.

Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2. This Decision replaces Decision No. 477/2001/QĐ-TCBĐ dated June 15, 2001 of the General Post Office Administration issuing the "List of Postal and Telecommunication Materials and Equipment that Must Be Certified to Meet Standards."
The Chief of the Office, Heads of the Science and Technology Department, Director of the Quality Management Department for Posts and Telecommunications and Information Technology, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and organizations and individuals producing, trading, and using electronic, telecommunication, and information technology products are responsible for implementing this Decision.
