THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 92/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2006 of the Government and Decree No. 04/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 11, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 92/2006/NĐ-CP on the establishment, approval, and management of overall planning for economic and social development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 0278/2002/QĐ-BTM dated March 19, 2002 and Decision No. 1953/2004/QĐ-BTM dated December 30, 2004 of the Minister of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) on the adjustment and supplementation of the Planning Scheme for Gasoline Retail Outlets along the Ho Chi Minh Highway Phase I;
Pursuant to Circular No. 5418/UBND-KTTC dated November 11, 2008 of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province requesting supplementation to the Planning Scheme for Gasoline Retail Outlets along the Ho Chi Minh Highway Phase I;
Considering Circular No. 1098/SCT-QLTM dated December 11, 2008 of the Department of Industry and Trade of Thanh Hoa Province providing explanations for the supplementation to the Planning Scheme for Gasoline Retail Outlets along the Ho Chi Minh Highway Phase I;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning;
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplement one gasoline retail outlet type 3 at kilometer 603+600 (according to the new route) located in Hoa Quy Commune, Nhu Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Province into the Planning Scheme for Gasoline Retail Outlets along the Ho Chi Minh Highway Phase I.
Article 2. The other contents prescribed in Decision No. 0278/2002/QĐ-BTM dated March 19, 2002 and Decision No. 1953/2004/QĐ-BTM dated December 30, 2004 of the Minister of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) remain valid.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, Heads of relevant Departments: Planning, Domestic Market, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
