CIRCULAR
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE PROCEDURE AND CYCLE FOR QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION SCHOOLS
Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING DETAILED PROVISIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW; AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING DETAILED PROVISIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Testing and Quality Assurance,
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DECIDES:
Article 1. TO ISSUE WITH THIS CIRCULAR THE REGULATIONS ON THE PROCEDURE AND CYCLE FOR QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION SCHOOLS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM NOVEMBER 26, 2011.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE ASSESSMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THIS CIRCULAR, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
