Issuing National Technical Regulations on Seed Quality
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Seedlings Law dated March 24, 2004;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issues National Technical Regulations on Seed Quality:
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are 08 National Technical Regulations:
1. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Open-Pollinated Maize Seed. Code: QCVN 01-47 : 2011/BNNPTNT
4. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Three-Line Hybrid Rice Seed. Code: QCVN 01-50 : 2011/BNNPTNT
5. National Technical Regulation on Quality of Two-Line Hybrid Rice Seed. Code: QCVN 01-51 : 2011/TTBNNPTNT

Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Crop Production Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing these regulations.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
