BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to Decree No. 100/CP dated December 18, 1993 of the Government on insurance business;
Pursuant to the Proposal of the General Director of Vietnam Insurance Corporation and the Financial Department Head of Banks and Financial Institutions Department,

Article 1: This Decision promulgates the Schedule of Fees and Insurance Amounts for two types of term life insurance with durations of 5 and 10 years and children's insurance.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance and shall apply to all life insurance contracts of the aforementioned two types issued from August 1, 1996.
This Schedule replaces the Schedule of Fees and Insurance Amounts promulgated together with Decision No. 281 TC/TCNH dated March 20, 1996 of the Minister of Finance on the implementation of pilot life insurance programs.
Article 3: The General Director of Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Director of the Ministry of Finance’s Office, the Financial Department Head of Banks and Financial Institutions Department, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
