Article 1.- Issued together with this Decision is the List of amendments and supplements to the List of consumer goods for the purpose of determining the deadline for paying import duties issued together with Decision No. 1655/1998/QĐ-BTM dated December 25, 1998 of the Ministry of Trade.
Article 2.- This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
