AMENDING THE CIRCULAR NO. 70/2015/TT-BGTVT OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT ON TECHNICAL SAFETY INSPECTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR MOTOR VEHICLES

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities promulgated on June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP of the Government dated December 20, 2012 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To amend page 2 of the Certificate of Inspection Form in Appendix VI issued with Circular No. 70/2015/TT-BGTVT dated November 9, 2015 of the Minister of Transport on technical safety inspection and environmental protection for motor vehicles as follows:

Add the phrase “Wheelbase/Wheel tread (Chiều dài cơ sở/Vết bánh xe) …(mm)” immediately after Item 2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (THÔNG SỐ KỸ THUẬT).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2016 and is an integral part of Circular No. 70/2015/TT-BGTVT dated November 9, 2015 of the Minister of Transport./.
