THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Revoke Decision No. 2015/VHQĐ dated December 16, 1993 of the Minister of Culture and Information regarding the recognition of: Historical relic Phan Van Memorial and Church, Bac Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, Nghe An Province.
Article 2. Transfer the dossier of the historical relic Phan Van Memorial and Church, Bac Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, Nghe An Province for the People's Committee of Nghe An Province to consider and decide on the provincial-level classification of the relic within its authority.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, and the Directors of the Department of Culture and Information of Nghe An Province shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
