THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Circular No. 109/2002/TT-BTC dated December 6, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the collection, payment, and management of the use of road usage fees;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Ministry of Transport (document No. 2171/GTVT-TC dated May 6, 2004) and the proposal of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision sets forth the toll rates for the Yen Leng Bridge on National Highway 38.
Article 2. The application of tolls for the Yen Leng Bridge on National Highway 38 shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions set out in Section III, Part I of Circular No. 109/2002/TT-BTC dated December 6, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the collection, payment, and management of road usage fees (hereinafter referred to as Circular 109/2002/TT-BTC).Hereinafter referred to as Circular 109/2002/TT-BTC).
Article 3. Toll revenue from the Yen Leng Bridge on National Highway 38 shall be managed and utilized according to the regulations applicable to roads funded through joint ventures as stipulated in Section III, Part II of Circular 109/2002/TT-BTC.
Article 4. The entity collecting tolls at the Yen Leng Bridge on National Highway 38 shall register, declare, collect, pay, use toll receipts, and fulfill the responsibilities of a toll collection organization in accordance with the provisions of Circular 109/2002/TT-BTC.
Article 5. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 6. Organizations and individuals subject to toll payments, entities assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize toll collection at the Yen Leng Bridge on National Highway 38, and relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
