THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

On the basis of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications dated May 25, 2002;

On the basis of the Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

On the basis of the Decree No. 160/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 3, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications regarding Telecommunications;

On the basis of the Decree No. 24/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications regarding radio frequency spectrum;

On the basis of the Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulating state management of product quality;

Considering the Report No. 31/QLCL-CLSP dated September 12, 2006 of the Director of the Quality Management Department for Posts and Telecommunications and Information Technology;

At the proposal of the Heads of the Science and Technology Department and the Legal Affairs Department.

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "List of Products Under the Specialized Management of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications That Must Apply Standards" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, Heads of the Science and Technology Department, Director of the Quality Management Department for Posts and Telecommunications and Information Technology, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and organizations and individuals producing, trading, and using electronic products, telecommunications products, and information technology products are responsible for implementing this Decision.
