THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 09/1998/NQ-CP dated July 31, 1998 of the Government on Strengthening Crime Prevention Work in the New Situation;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Student Affairs;

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulations on Ensuring Political Security and Social Order and Safety in Educational Institutions within the National Education System.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Any previous provisions contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Student Affairs, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; the Heads of educational management agencies and the Heads of educational institutions within the National Education System are responsible for implementing this Decision.
