REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE FINANCIAL REGULATIONS FOR THE RELOCATION OF PORTS ON THE SAI GON RIVER AND THE BASON SHIPBUILDING FACTORY
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on State Budget dated December 16, 2002;
Based on the Land Law dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of State Property dated June 3, 2008;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 52/2009/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 3, 2009 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR SOME PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON MANAGEMENT AND USE OF STATE ASSETS;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE FINANCIAL REGULATIONS FOR THE RELOCATION OF PORTS ON THE SAI GON RIVER AND THE BASON SHIPBUILDING FACTORY.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM AUGUST 15, 2010.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS OF THE MINISTRIES OF FINANCE, TRANSPORTATION, NATIONAL DEFENSE, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE HO CHI MINH CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
