Regarding the amendment of Decision No. 08/2007/QD-BNN dated January 26, 2007, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Head of the Central Steering Committee MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, HEAD OF THE CENTRAL STEERING COMMITTEEon urgent issues in forest protection and firefighting

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated May 21, 2005 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry and the Director of the Forest Protection Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend Article 2 of Decision No. 08/2007/QD-BNN dated January 26, 2007, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Head of the Central Steering Committee on the operational regulations of the Central Steering Committee on urgent issues in forest protection and firefighting, as follows:
The first word in Article 2 was originally "Regulation." It is now amended to "Decision."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. Members of the Central Steering Committee on urgent issues in forest protection and firefighting are responsible for implementing this Decision.
