PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of Vietnam Coal Corporation in Circular No. 1646/CV-TCCB-DT dated July 20, 1998, the Minister of Industry in Circular No. 4604/CV-TCCB dated December 24, 1998, and the Minister, Head of the Organizational and Cadre Affairs Department of the Government in Circular No. 269/TCCB-TC dated September 4, 1998.
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Now transfer the following schools: Economic High School, Mechanical and Construction Vocational Training School, and Electrical and Mechanical Vocational Training School from Vietnam Coal Corporation to the direct management of the Ministry of Industry.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentEntrust the Ministry of Industry to take the lead in coordinating with relevant agencies to implement administrative procedures according to current regulations.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4.The Minister of Industry, the Ministers, heads of relevant agencies, and principals of the schools specified in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
