MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
On the basis of the Post and Telecommunications Ordinance dated May 25, 2002;
On the basis of the Government Decree No. 24/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2004 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Post and Telecommunications Ordinance regarding radio frequency spectrum;
On the basis of the Government Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 concerning the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Post and Telecommunications Ministry;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Radio Frequency Management Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are "Regulations on Technical Conditions and Operation for Short Range Radio Equipment Subject to Conditional Use".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Radio Frequency Management Department, the Heads of agencies and units under the Post and Telecommunications Ministry, organizations and individuals using, producing, importing, and trading short range radio equipment are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
