REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT AND USE OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES
FOR THE ELDERLY CARE FUND
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
WHEREAS, Decree No. 30/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 26, 2002 of the Government guiding the implementation of certain Articles of the Ordinance on the Elderly No. 23/2000/PL-UBTVQH10 dated May 11, 2000;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 177/1999/NĐ-CP dated December 22, 1999 of the Government on the issuance of Regulations on the organization and operation of social funds and charitable funds; WHEREAS, Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
NOW, THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ISSUES THE ATTACHED "REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT AND USE OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES FOR THE ELDERLY CARE FUND" THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE
DECISION:
Article 1. THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE ASSOCIATION OF THE ELDERLY, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE ELDERLY CARE FUND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
