Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 95/2012/NĐ-CP DATED NOVEMBER 12, 2012 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decision No. 53/2012/QĐ-TTg dated November 22, 2012 of the Prime Minister on the roadmap for applying the blending ratio of biofuel with traditional fuel;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ISSUES TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES USED IN THE STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION OF BIOFUEL GASOLINE (E5, E10) AT PETROLEUM RETAIL OUTLETS,
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES USED IN THE STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION OF BIOFUEL GASOLINE (E5, E10) AT PETROLEUM RETAIL OUTLETS. DESIGNATION: QCVN 08:2012/BCT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 10, 2013.

THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENERGY GENERAL DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S AGENCIES, THE DIRECTORS OF THE INDUSTRY AND TRADE DEPARTMENTS OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, THE HEADS OF THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THESE MATTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
