Issuing National Technical Regulations on Freight Terminals item

On the basis of Decree No. 86/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2012, issued by the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Metrology Law;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BGTVT amending and supplementing some articles of related Circulars concerning road transport, supporting road transport services, vehicles, and drivers, based on the following:
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 56/2022/ND-CP dated August 24, 2022 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department and the Director General of the Vietnam Highway Administration;
The Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular on "National Technical Regulations on Freight Terminals",
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the National Technical Regulations on Freight Terminals
Registration Code: QCVN 114:2023/BGTVT.
Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2024.
2. Freight terminals that have been announced before the effective date of this Circular must complete all construction projects according to these Regulations by July 1, 2027.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Highway Administration, Directors of Provincial and Central City Departments of Transport, Heads of agencies, units, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
