THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 126 - SL dated July 19, 1946 establishing procedures for setting up or modifying anti-French administrative units;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 198 - SL dated June 13, 1948 establishing procedures for setting up or modifying anti-French administrative units;
Considering the current situation;
At the proposal of the Ministers of Interior and National Defense;
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW
Article 1
The two communes Phong Hai and Phong Khanh in Phong Dien district, together with the two hamlets Phu An and Phu Le (Quang Dien district) are hereby consolidated into one commune named Phong Chau commune under Phong Dien district, Thua Thien province.
Article 2
The Ministers of Interior and National Defense shall implement this Decree-Law.
