THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 44/2011/ND-CP dated June 14, 2011 amending and supplementing Article 3 of Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 59/NQ-CP dated December 17, 2010 of the Government on simplifying administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Circular No. 02/2010/TT-BCT dated January 14, 2010 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating the importation of tobacco products for duty-free sales;
Pursuant to Circular No. 24/2010/TT-BCT dated May 28, 2010 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating the application of automatic import license system for certain goods;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2010/TT-BCT dated January 25, 2010 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating the implementation of rules in the agreement between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Lao People's Democratic Republic regarding rules of origin applicable to goods benefiting from preferential tariff rates;
Pursuant to Circular No. 30/2009/TT-BCT dated October 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating the cessation of export permit issuance for imported fertilizer according to Circular No. 04/2006/TT-BTM dated April 6, 2006 of the Ministry of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade);
Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BCT dated March 21, 2011 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating the procedures for issuing certificates of origin for preferential goods;
Pursuant to Circular No. 10/2011/TT-BCT dated March 30, 2011 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating amendments and supplements to some provisions on administrative procedures in the field of import and export;
Pursuant to Circular No. 14/2011/TT-BCT dated March 30, 2011 amending and supplementing provisions on administrative procedures in the Technical Safety Management Regulation for machines, equipment, and chemicals with special safety requirements in the industry sector;
Pursuant to Circular No. 02/2011/TT-BCT dated January 28, 2011 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating guidelines for Decree No. 119/2007/ND-CP dated July 18, 2007 of the Government on tobacco production and trade;
Pursuant to Circular No. 09/2011/TT-BCT dated March 30, 2011 stipulating the management and use of digital signatures, digital certificates, and digital signature verification services of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Circular No. 08/2011/TT-BCT dated March 30, 2011 amending and supplementing some provisions on administrative procedures at Decision No. 46/2008/QD-BCT dated December 17, 2008 of the Minister of Industry and Trade and Decision No. 15/2007/QD-BTM dated June 5, 2007 of the Minister of Trade;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department, the Director of the Domestic Market Department, the Director of the Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection Bureau, the Director of the E-commerce and Information Technology Bureau, the Director of the Market Supervision Bureau, and the Head of the Ministry’s Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Annexed hereto are the administrative procedures revised, supplemented, replaced, or abolished within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office and Heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
