DECISION

VREGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON ASSESSMENT AND CLASSIFICATION

OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Primary Education Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. NOW, WE ISSUE HEREBY ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION THE REGULATIONS ON ASSESSMENT AND CLASSIFICATION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Director of the General Departmental Office, the Director of the Primary Education Department, the Heads of units and organizations under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Directors of Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
