THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Product Quality,
DECISION:
Article 1:Now promulgates the industry standards on "Crop analysis methods" as follows:
- 10TCN 449-2001: General principles for sampling and sample preparation to determine certain elements
- 10TCN 450-2001: Method for decomposing samples to determine certain elements
- 10TCN 451-2001: Method for determining total nitrogen
- 10TCN 452-2001: Method for determining nitrate and nitrite
- 10TCN 453-2001: Method for determining total phosphorus
- 10TCN 454-2001: Method for determining total potassium and sodium
- 10TCN 455-2001: Method for determining total calcium and magnesium
- 10TCN 456-2001: Method for determining total sulfur
- 10TCN 457-2001: Method for determining total iron
Article 2:This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3:The Directors of the Office, Heads of the Department of Science and Technology and Product Quality, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this decision.
