Regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree programs
to the Cryptography Engineering Academy

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training and the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning the task of training master's degree programs to the Cryptography Engineering Academy under the Government Cryptographic Agency
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and stipulate the specialized fields for training master's degree programs at the Cryptography Engineering Academy.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Cryptography Engineering Academy are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
