Pursuant to the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005 PROVIDING DETAILED GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE VETERINARY ORDINANCE;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 86/2003/NĐ-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM VETERINARY COUNCIL.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE "REGULATIONS ON UNIFORMS, BADGES, RANK BADGES, NAMEPLATES, AND ANIMAL INSPECTION CARDS".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. ABOLISH THE DECISION NO. 101/2000/QĐ-BNN/TY OF AUGUST 31, 2000 OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT REGARDING UNIFORMS, BADGES, RANK BADGES, NAMEPLATES, ANIMAL INSPECTION CARDS, AND THE ISSUE AND USE REGIMES FOR VETERINARIANS AND TECHNICIANS ENGAGED IN ANIMAL INSPECTION, SLAUGHTERHOUSE CONTROL, AND ANIMAL AND ANIMAL PRODUCT SANITARY INSPECTION.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM VETERINARY COUNCIL, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS, AND THE ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
