Issuing Detailed Syllabus for 11 Pre-University Subjects

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law and Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government;
Pursuant to Circular No. 25/2010/TT-BGDĐT dated October 13, 2010 of the Minister of Education and Training issuing the Regulations on Selection, Organization of Training, and Admission to Bachelor's Degree, College, and Secondary Vocational Programs for Students in the Pre-University System;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular stipulating the Detailed Syllabus for 11 Pre-University Subjects.
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Detailed Syllabus for 11 Pre-University Subjects, including the subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature, History, Geography, Computer Science, English, Civic Education, and Physical Education.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2013 and replaces Decision No. 24/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 29, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the Detailed Syllabus for 11 Pre-University Subjects.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Higher Education Department, the Vocational Education Department, the Ethnic Education Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Directors of provincial education and training departments; Directors of universities and academies; Principals of colleges and secondary vocational schools; Principals of pre-university schools and ethnic pre-university schools; Principals of high schools in the Northern Highlands are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
