Issuing National Technical Regulations on equipment and accessories used for storing and distributing E10 biofuel at petrol retail outlets.

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decision No. 53/2012/QĐ-TTg dated November 22, 2012 of the Prime Minister on the roadmap for applying the blending ratio of biofuel with traditional fuel;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

The Minister of Industry and Trade issues the National Technical Regulations on equipment and accessories used for storing and distributing E10 biofuel at petrol retail outlets.

Article 1. This Circular issues the National Technical Regulations on equipment and accessories used for storing and distributing E10 biofuel at petrol retail outlets. Designation: QCVN 02 : 2014/BCT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 20, 2015.

1. This Circular replaces Circular No. 47/2012/TT-BCT dated December 28, 2012 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on National Technical Regulations on equipment and accessories used for storing and distributing biofuel (E5, E10) at petrol retail outlets.

2. Abolish the provisions on equipment and accessories for E5 fuel in Circular No. 47/2012/TT-BCT dated December 28, 2012 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on National Technical Regulations on equipment and accessories used for storing and distributing biofuel (E5, E10) at petrol retail outlets from the date this Circular is signed.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Energy Administration under the Ministry, Heads of Agencies under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Industry and Trade, and Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
