DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 48/SL DATED AUGUST 15, 1951
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254 - SL dated November 19, 1948 organizing local people's administration during the resistance period;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 127 - SL dated November 4, 1949 establishing the North Vietnam Administrative Region;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150 - SL dated December 31, 1949 defining the authority of the Ministry of Interior regarding management of People's Committees;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1
Mr. Hoang Huu Nhan is hereby appointed as a member of the People's Committee of the North Vietnam Administrative Region to replace Mr. Nguyen Huu Tao who has been assigned to other duties.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
