WHEREAS, THE LAW ON ENACTMENT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS WAS ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 12, 1996 AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTMENT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS WAS ISSUED ON DECEMBER 16, 2002;
WHEREAS, GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 104/2004/ND-CP DATED MARCH 23, 2004 ON THE NATIONAL BULLETIN OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM;
WHEREAS, GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 77/2003/ND-CP DATED JULY 1, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
At the proposal of the Director of the Policy Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. CORRECTING ERRORS IN THE CHARGES AND FEES SCHEDULE FOR PLANT BREEDING ACTIVITIES ANNEXED TO DECISION NO. 11/2008/QD-BTC DATED FEBRUARY 19, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE DUE TO A PRINTING ERROR (DETAILS AS ATTACHED ANNEX).
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. THE DIRECTOR OF THE TAX POLICY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING AND MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION./.
