MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the University Department, the Director of the Secondary Specialized School and Vocational Education Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The temporary regulations on vocational education, secondary specialized school, college, and university joint training programs are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the University Department, Directors of the Secondary Specialized School and Vocational Education Department, Directors of the Planning and Finance Department, and Principals of relevant schools shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
