Issuing Standards for Budget Estimates for Construction Work and Hydraulic Model Testing of Projects
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decrees of the Government No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 on the Management Regulations for Investment and Construction, No. 12/2000/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2000, and No. 07/2003/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 2003 amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Management Regulations for Investment and Construction;
Pursuant to Circular No. 1324/BXD-KTTC dated July 6, 2005 of the Ministry of Construction regarding agreement on standards for hydraulic model testing of projects;
At the proposal of the Director of the Construction Project Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Standards for Budget Estimates for Construction Work and Hydraulic Model Testing of Projects".
Article 2. The Standards for Budget Estimates for Construction Work and Hydraulic Model Testing of Projects serve as the basis for preparing budget estimates for construction work and hydraulic model testing for basic construction projects under the Agriculture and Rural Development sector.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace the set of standards No. 578/NN-ĐTXD-QĐ dated April 14, 1997 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of cost standards for construction work and hydraulic model testing of projects.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Construction Project Management Department, the Heads of units directly under the Ministry, and the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under central cities and provinces are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
