Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE INDUSTRY STANDARDS:
REGULATIONS ON SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION OF TECHNICAL SAFETY FOR SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL PLEASURE BOATS

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTORATE, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AGENCY, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE TRANSPORT AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS, THE HEADS OF THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
