THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Normative Documents 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Upon the proposal of the Heads of the Medical Equipment and Construction Department, the Planning and Finance Department, and the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Health, hereby promulgates:

Article 1. REPEALS Decision No. 37/2007/QD-BYT dated October 25, 2007 of the Minister of Health on the issuance of the Management Procedures for Health Construction Projects Funded by State Budget.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2011.

Article 3. The Permanent Deputy Minister of Health, Heads of Departments, Directors of Agencies, General Director of the General Office of Population and Family Planning under the Ministry of Health, Inspector General of the Ministry of Health; Project Investors for health construction projects funded by the state budget and related agencies and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
