ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE RULES OF THE TEACHER SKILL COMPETITION FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION LEVEL

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; AND GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011, amending GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law
At the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and School Management Officer Department,
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO ARE THE RULES OF THE TEACHER SKILL COMPETITION FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION LEVEL.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 10, 2011.
Article 3. THE SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TEACHERS AND SCHOOL MANAGEMENT STAFF, HEADS OF UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, CHAIRMEN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND THE CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
