CIRCULAR

Repealing certain regulatory legal documents jointly issued by the Minister of Health

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing several provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing several provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents; Decree No. 59/2024/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2024 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing several provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents which have been amended and supplemented certain articles according to Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment;

The Minister of Health issues this Circular to repeal certain regulatory legal documents jointly issued by the Minister of Health

Article 1. Repeal entirely two regulatory legal documents jointly issued by the Minister of Health

1. Joint Circular No. 45/2014/TTLT-BYT-BLĐTBXH dated November 25, 2014 of the Minister of Health and the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding medical examination for disability assessment of war invalids and persons entitled to benefits similar to war invalids.

2. Joint Circular No. 20/2016/TTLT-BYT-BLĐTBXH dated June 30, 2016 of the Minister of Health and the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding medical examination for disease, defect, deformity, and malformation related to exposure to chemical toxins for those who participated in the resistance war and their offspring.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

The Director of the Ministry's Office; the Inspector General of the Ministry; Heads of Departments and Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry of Health and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
