Amending Decision No. 21/2005/QD-BGD&ĐT
dated July 19, 2005 of the Ministry of Education and Training
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Resolution No. 37/2004/QH11 on education of the National Assembly, Session XI, sixth meeting;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 166/2004/ND-CP dated September 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Secondary Education Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amends Clause 4 of Article 1 of Decision No. 21/2005/QD-BGD&ĐT dated July 19, 2005 of the Minister of Education and Training as follows;
CURRENTLY READS AS:
"Article 19 is amended as follows:
The Ministry of Education and Training examines and approves the list of students admitted to specialized high schools under higher education institutions."
Now it is amended as follows:
"Paragraph 2 of Article 19 is amended as follows:
The Rector of a university with a specialized high school shall examine and approve the list of students admitted to the specialized high school within the university.
The Principal of a university with a specialized high school class shall examine and approve the list of students admitted to the specialized high school within the university."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Secondary Education Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees, the Principals of universities with specialized high school classes, and the Directors of Departments of Education and Training of centrally governed cities and provinces are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
