DECREE NO. 5/1998/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MARKET TOWN CHÓ AND THE DISTRICT TOWN OF YEN PHONG DISTRICT IN BAC NINH PROVINCE ON JANUARY 9, 1998
THE GOVERNMENT
Based on the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992,
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BAC NINH PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE
Article 1. NOW, THE MARKET TOWN CHÓ AND THE DISTRICT TOWN OF YEN PHONG DISTRICT IN BAC NINH PROVINCE ARE ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF THE ENTIRE NATURAL AREA AND POPULATION OF HAM SON COMMUNE.
MARKET TOWN CHÓ HAS AN AREA OF 782 HA AND A POPULATION OF 11,320.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF MARKET TOWN CHÓ: EAST ADJACENT TO DONG TIEN AND TRUNG NGHIA COMMUNES; WEST ADJACENT TO YEN PHU AND HOA TIEN COMMUNES; SOUTH ADJACENT TO VAN MON AND DONG THO COMMUNES; NORTH ADJACENT TO TAM GIANG COMMUNE.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS DATE OF ISSUANCE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF BAC NINH PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE.
