THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to the Post and Telecommunications Ordinance dated May 25, 2002;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Post and Telecommunications Ministry;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 160/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 3, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Post and Telecommunications Ordinance regarding Telecommunications;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulating state management of product quality;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Regulations on Designating Testing and Inspection Rooms for Quality Management under the Specialized Administration of the Post and Telecommunications Ministry".

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

This Decision replaces Decision No. 171/2003/QĐ-BBCVT dated October 29, 2003 of the Minister of Post and Telecommunications issuing "Regulations on Designating Testing and Inspection Rooms for Telecommunication Equipment".

Article 3. The Head of the Office, Directors of the Science and Technology Department, Heads of units under the Post and Telecommunications Ministry, Testing and Inspection Rooms, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
