Pursuant to the Law on Inland Waterway Traffic dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Ship Registry Bureau,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued along with this Decision: Industry Standard
Pollution Prevention Regulations for Inland Waterway Vessels
Registration Number: 22 TCN 264 - 06
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate of the Ministry, Directors of Departments under the Ministry, Director of the Vietnam Ship Registry Bureau, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
