Pursuant to the opinions of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (in Circular No. 01/LĐTBXH-TL dated January 3, 2006), the Ministry of Home Affairs (in Circular No. 271/BNV-TCCB dated February 6, 2006), and the Ministry of Finance (in Circular No. 4836/BTC-HCSN dated April 11, 2006) regarding the classification of the Vietnam Geology Museum as Class I;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
At the proposal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Ministry of Culture and Information.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Director of the Vietnam Geological Museum, and other relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
