Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE ROAD TRAFFIC ORDER AND SAFETY LAW dated June 27, 2024;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007, and Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 56/2022/NĐ-CP dated August 24, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency and the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment;
The Minister of Transport hereby issues the National Technical Regulations on technical infrastructure and location of motor vehicle inspection stations, motorcycle exhaust emission testing facilities, and the National Technical Regulations on service centers for maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.
Article 1. 1. National Technical Regulation on Railway Traffic Signals, number QCVN 21:2025/BXD.

Article 2.
1. This Circular shall take effect from January 1, 2025.
