Prescribing economic and technical standards for land surveying and evaluationat the regional and national levels

Pursuant to the Land Law dated January 18, 2024; Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15,Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, Real Estate Business Law No. 29/2023/QH15 and Credit Institutions Law No. 32/2024/QH15 dated June 29, 2024;

Pursuant to Decree No. 101/2024/NĐ-CP dated July 29, 2024 of the Government qprescribing basic land surveying; registration and issuance of land use rights certificates, ownership certificates for property attached to land, and the land information system;

Pursuant to Decree No. 68/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2022 of the Government prescribing functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Development of Land Resourcesất;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates this Circular prescribing economic and technical standards for land surveying and evaluationat the regional and national levelsáArticle 1. This Circular hereby prescribes economic and technical standards for land surveying and evaluation at the regional and national levels to be attached hereto..

Article 2. 1. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2025.

Article Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, any difficulties or issues should be reported to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and decision./. 3. Duly signed,
