Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/ND-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Circular Joint Circular No. 11/2006/TTLT-BYT-BTC dated October 30, 2006 of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance guiding regular health check-ups every quarter for workers at business establishments that are easily exploited for prostitution activities;

At the proposal of the Director of the Treatment Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Due to printing and issuance errors, Appendix No. 2 issued together with Circular Joint Circular No. 11/2006/TTLT-BYT-BTC dated October 30, 2006 of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance guiding regular health check-ups every quarter for workers at business establishments that are easily exploited for prostitution activities shall be corrected as follows:

Previously printed as:

1. HIV/AIDS infection;

2. Hepatitis B, C virus infection;

3. Drug addiction;

4. Tuberculosis (active or not yet cured);

5. Sexually transmitted diseases and skin diseases:

Now delete Item 1. HIV/AIDS infection and amend it to read:

1. Hepatitis B, C virus infection;

2. Drug addiction;

3. Tuberculosis (active or not yet cured);

4. Sexually transmitted diseases and skin diseases:

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Directors of the Treatment Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of units under the Ministry of Health, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
