PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2002/QĐ-TTg dated April 26, 2002 of the Government Chairman on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and state-owned corporations;

Pursuant to Directive No. 01/2003/CT-TTg dated January 16, 2003 of the Prime Minister on continuing to promote the restructuring, renewal, development, and enhancement of the efficiency of state-owned enterprises;

Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province, the opinions of the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Home Affairs, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the socio-economic characteristics of the locality,

DECISION:

Clause 4 of Article 6Approves the Overall Plan for the Restructuring and Renewal of State-Owned Enterprises under the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province for the period 2003 - 2005 as set forth in the attached appendix.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province shall be responsible for directing the implementation of the restructuring and renewal of state-owned enterprises directly under his jurisdiction in accordance with the approved content and schedule.

Article 3. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and related agencies shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province in implementing this Plan.

The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development shall be responsible for supervising, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time making recommendations to

Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province and the heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
