OF SMALL INLAND WATERWAY VESSELS

BASED ON THE Law on Inland Waterway Transport dated June 15, 2004;
BASED ON Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE TECHNICAL STANDARDS:
TECHNICAL SUPERVISION REGULATIONS AND CONSTRUCTION OF SMALL INLAND WATERWAY VESSELS
Registration Number: 22 TCN 265 - 06
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Departments under the Ministry, the Directors of the Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
