Article 1. Attached herewith is the Model Charter for Vocational College.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 02/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the Charter of Vocational College.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Heads of central agencies of political-social organizations with vocational colleges; Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees; Directors of provincial and centrally-administered city Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Director of the Ministry's Office, General Directors of the Vocational Training General Department, Principals of vocational colleges, Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
