Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Article 101 of the Law on Competition and Rewards dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards dated June 14, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Competition and Rewards);
Pursuant to Article 66 of Decree No. 42/2010/ND-CP dated April 15, 2010 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying Decision hereby promulgates the Regulation on the management of organizations examining and conferring honors and awards to entrepreneurs and enterprises.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from September 20, 2010.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government, Heads of agencies, organizations, units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
